Anyone in a similar similar situation 🥺🥺🥺
RFE for I-485 was received with a green check on June 23rd but it’s showing in my account now that they received it 10/02 after sending me an email that they’ve taken an action on my case….. progress tab for I-765 has been showing 1 week for 5 days and it changed to taking longer than expected today… I’m having mixed feelings now . anyone with similar experience, or has any idea about what’s going on?

the same thing happened to me, It was originally received on sept 15 but they updated it to sept 28 and the day after I got my EAD, so you may get something approved today 🙂

same happened to us after saying taking longer then expected it went up too 6 months 🥺

@Rickey J and @Mrs. Blair congressman just sent me an e-mail that my case has been approved. it doesn’t show on my accounting tho buh I’m really glad .. thanks for your encouragement

it’s still not showing on mine either but I got the letter the next day in my documents in my online account

I am expériencing the same thing my evidence recieved got updated sept 29 though I sent it earlier before I sent it my EAD estimated time was 1 week now all my cases is showing taking longer than expected

@dee e based on the email that you received try logging in from a computer and check your documents tab and see the last date they uploaded a document if there’s one there then just click the link and see what the letter says….all the best my dear 🫂

@Mrs. Blair just an approval notice of I-765 … I thought the I485 was also approved when I got the the 3 emails today

lol yes me too I thought something else got approved since the additional emails came the following day but it was just the i765 for me too but hang in there🙏🏾

when you guys think i will be approved? i need some words of encouragement and prayers. since May 2023 it says taken longer 2 weeks ago it says 2 months, then change to 5 weeks , then 4 weeks, 3 weeks . Now i am so down i am seeing 3 months. any experience?

update on the delivery, I just got my card in hand so in all it took 13 days
