Yes you need to wait till final action date on visa bulletin is current or reach your Priority Date. Since your PD is March 2022 isn’t current so you need to wait cause october visa bulletin is on feb 2019.

someone did indeed but technically there was no visa for them looking at the visa bulletin . I wouldn’t brag about it cause USCIS made a mistake. hopefully they don’t notice and retract the approval of the 485.

@Mary E i have the same situation. i was approved but had to wait for visa according to visa bulletin. my priority date is july 2022

I filed I-130 and I-485 at the same time on July 2022 for F2A category. Uscis asked me RFE medical a month ago. I did sent my medical and they recieved a week ago. There is still nothing. Iam waiting too.

RFE means there’s incomplete documents on your case.
