@Josh B thanks so much! Did the letter from your head of the team also include job descriptions? or just an opinion letter saying your salary is higher vs others in the field? My problem is that I’m high vs others in the field but I also have a high title “director”. so they said I need to compare to other Director in the field.

@Josh B this is very helpful. yes im working with a lawyer and they are not very good. So I will have to do a lot of the work myself.

@Ting Song I had a similar rfe for eb1. Show Glassdoor, salary.com and other reputable online sources to show that you are above 90th percentile

@Ting Song, since EB1A doesn't require job offer, why are USCIS interested in your salary? Have you concerned addressing your RFE in a very polite way with this in mind?

@Aylin Akcan it is not about subject but experience. You need to be expert in your field.
