you can go to there website and they have federal agency help and there request form where you can mention about your case and help required.

you will just submit an initial request on their website then they will connect with you with all the needed documents and representation form

i did the same submitted a request they asked me for my employer letter i sent them. waiting for there response

i'm waiting on my expedite request for 50 days now. i call uscis every week and they say office has to look at it. i have seen people contacting senator or congressman for help so i tried it too. lets see how it goes
