I applied in late June, they got it very early July still nothing. I only had emergency AP approval last month and I returned 2 weeks ago. No EAD no AP, almost 14 months of waiting since I sent my I485 I131 and I765, my VAWA is pending since 2024

@Minam m can you please guide me how to get emergency AP? and another question, is it okay to apply for 485,765,131 after 1 year of VAWA filing? because my lawyer filed it all together

@G S you need to call and ask to schedule appointment at your local USCIS office. You need to have urgent reason to travel abroad, mine was that my family member was really sick. You need detailed proof too. mine was approved for 30 days

@Minam m can I contact you via email or something if you won't mind because I also need to travel ASAP because of. family issue but my AP taking forever. because my lawyer aint helping he keep saying that no one is getting anh uscis appointment for AP.

I called and they replied back and said "We reviewed your inquiry and are unable to respond at this time. For more help, please call the USCIS Contact Center"

I filed 12/27/24 and they haven't approved. I called USCIS and they put a request in for me. I got an email response back saying they cant respond at this time and to call USCIS again. hope that helps

i applied in 05/17/2025 and until now no ead . its now 16months
