I only got my receipt notice in feb 2021 even though my RD was Nov 2020

My service center is not Nebraska but my EAD/ap was also severely delayed. I got approved about 4 days ago after I involved the ombudsman. It took less than 3 weeks for them to respond to me and contact uscis so I recommend trying them. My receipt date for EAD is November 5, 2020. Hope you get processed soon 🤞🏾

@D M My PD is February 2021 and I got my EAD in August through expedite. I expedited my daughter’s in early October and her EAD is approved without evidence.

I filed 2 SRs. Received standard response to 2nd that they're backlogged & will process by end of December. No idea why the tracking site shows the are processing Dec 26 applications as of now.

I made an SR over a month back, they replied generally like its still in line for processing in order they received… Not sure if it worth trying another SR as I don’t feel it really help!

@A G, yes tried a first one in August, but no answer. I submitted a second one couple of weeks ago ... waiting for update.
