Anyone from 2020 still waiting?
I filed in October 2020, employment based preference category and my case is stuck on RFE received. Anyone else in the same timeline as me. I saw today two people who filed in October 2021 get their greencard (in another forum). Very demotivating to see people who filed just two months back get their cards while I am still waiting. :(

I am waiting since Feb 2021 (EB1-2, NBC). I don't know why, but EB1 approval looks slow in NBC this year. Do you have dependent? I have a dependent (spouse), and that's why I guess it's getting long. I also saw many summer 2021 filers got approval, and it's discouraging that earlier applications get bypassed.

I have been waiting since sep 2019, interview was done in March 2020, I didn’t hear anything since then! going to 2years now!

I also filed in October 2020, interviewed in June 2021 and still waiting. EB2 category. I hired a lawyer to follow up and will proceed with a Mandamus lawsuit if there's no resolution soon.

yep me. same exact timeline as you and same EB category. filed October 2020, got bio in February, RFE in July. now stuck on RFE received for 3+ months.

@P P what’s the processing times indicated for your field office? I tried reaching out to congressman who refused to reach out citing it’s still within processing times.

yeah apparently the first photos were unclear so we resubmitted all of them. I guess it’s a good sign it’s being worked on? im 15 months into waiting since priority date I-485 now
