anyone ever receive g-56 notice for first interview ?
I have a i485 interview and I went to the interview at federal plaza and the supervisor gave me a g-56 call in notice to come back in 20 days

@girl power what does it say at the top? bring everything they ask for on the notice and all the documents you have pending but it’s for a second interview

@girl power if the notice say interview just go prepare again like before and if it say review or appear still take it seriously also if you have a lawyer I’ll encourage you to take them and don’t miss it

honestly I don’t have a lawyer and the reason on the form says - i485 interview . I was just curious cause I went but never actually sit with an officer and they gave me that to come back with my husband

@kk h good luck hun . make sure you know your husband past and you know like the name of his job , where he work , how long etc . the interviewer ask us some solid questions even tho it wasn’t long

yes she ask me all those questions before so even our lawyer confused why they call us back but the time I went the system was giving so much trouble @girl power
