Anyone else in my situation?
Hi everyone, I got an RFE about an omission in my form I-140. My original submission was made in January. with the new policy of asylum fee, I am not sure if I need to include the asylum fee with my now corrected form I-140 even though I am just replying to an RFE. Has anyone been in my shoes ?

if you’re replying the RFE, you don’t need to add the Asylum fee. The fee is for people who “submit” the i140 after April 2024.
