I’ve been waiting since march 2021 no updates. just case was received ( in my estimate it may take 60 days more to get decision)

I got approved March 2, 2022; receipt date June 21, 2021. It was for unlawful presence.

yeah moo moo I heard that to after we put 4 inquiries in and didn’t get a respond I was thinking the same to put a lawsuit in if I don’t get a answer this week I’m filing one. enough is enough 10 month everything else was approved why this taking to long it’s bull crap

I have three kids are so depressed including myself there no way we can go to his country !!there nothing there for us and no where to stay we would all come down sick and no healthcare plus we don’t speck the language and it not safe my husband living with strangers because all his family member are in USA he all alone. and he always coming down sick with malaria and some other virus

@moe A I already paid for the lawsuit today. Hopefully something good will come out of it.

@Eljohari I filed in 2018 but got an RFE first then a denial. They didn’t use the law correctly so I appealed it and then they sent my case back to uscis to use the correct law. After that they gave me another RFE!! so now I’m waiting to see if they will approve or deny.

@moo moo damn I’m sorry to hear this, what kinda charges? when did this happen? it’s usually very hard to deport green card holders

over 15/20 years ago. it’s very easy for them to deport GC holders

if it was years back then it’s easy for you to be back. actually it’s harder this days once the green card holder exhibit family ties and can exhibit good moral character prior to and after said offence. my friend was convicted of drug charges and immigration picked him up after serving 2 years in prison but his case was terminated. this was 7 years ago. his a citizen now

it hasn’t been easy for me at all. I’ve suffered so much by being away from my children and parents

I’m not getting updates on here only on line I hope it don’t take months after all these inquiries it also a year on this i601 like I said everything else was approved last year in October when he went to his interview they told him you need the 601 we started on that then it said 4 to 7 months know it’s been 10 months so hopefully this approved go threw soon 🙏 everyday to bring my husband back to his kids that need him there in so much pain I know how it feels for everyone that home got broken up it’s very hard on everyone hopefully that every one get back to there love ones 🙏 🙏

even if they tell you it’s with an officer they lie. they’ve told me my case is with an officer for over 4 mos

i also got RFE bc of a conviction i have, they wanted to know why it got reduce, if you could tell me why u got denied maybe they gonna do the same with mine

I got denied because of my convictions but my family qualifies for extreme hardship and I qualify under the 15 year rule if I can show rehabilitation. I showed proof for both and they accepted it but still denied saying I have multiple convictions. my lawyer says they didn’t apply the law correctly so we are appealing

im sure thats what they gonna do to meee

hopefully it doesn’t happen to you especially if you only have one conviction

if you have criminal convictions that are not aggravated felonies then after 15 years of your last crime you can apply for the 15 year waiver. To qualify you need to show that you have rehabilitated
