My PD is Nov-2021 EB-1C.
485 Filed in Apr 2023 with Medical, No RFC or interview so far.
Currentl Status - Case Remains Pending at NBC.
Biometric Done
EAD AP combo card received.

my PD is April 2020… cases is at Non local FO and received medical RFE on aug 1st.. responded on 21st and went to CRP on aug 28gh.. radio silence post that .. I am hoping for a better news in oct .. jope this info helps

@B T Non local FO is always a good news, interview waiver. hopefully with this visa bulletin you will get in new card is being produced status 🙂.
Did you receive a letter or case update that it's moved to FO? how did you find out ?

@Amit Kumar Verma I am in same boat .. did your case move from RFE to CRP? my case moved that way within a week after RFE sumbission and now I am wondering does this mean they accepted my medical RFE documents and now VISa number wait .. I like to beleive so .. what’s your case?

I have received EAD on may 2023.. don’t apply AP as I was traveling outside US after initial application was filed .. thinking bag applying AP now .. btw I still hold my H1B and stamped VISA till July 2024.

my pd: 2013 eb1c, i140 and EAD approved. biometric done. no rfe. i131,765 and 485 filed together.
