I-360 April 2021, no RFEs, no PF, 1 EAD, Status - 'Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It' since June 2022 - I'm just grateful to god for allowing me to be able to feed myself !

I’m on my fourth Prima Facie at this time btw

@Kenny Kenny mine is Feb 18 2021; did you do any biometrics for your I360?? I did biometrics back in Sep 2021 for I485, I765 and I131. However I never did biometrics for I360.

@T Endless I didn’t do biometrics at all because they applied my old case biometrics

I applied for i360 on 06/21/2021. Got rfe on August 2021. response to rfe April 2022. status changed to correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it since July 2022. I primal facie

They changed the status of my I360 petition to “correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it” a day after they approved my EAD renewal back Jan 12 2022. So since 371 days no further updates on the status. However I just don’t understand why they changed it to correspondence received even though I never send them anything else after the initial submission of all petitions. Should I be concerned?? I just don’t know how to feel about it I guess lol

I got two prima facies per year so in total 4 so far. My lastest one is valid til May 2023. Also never any RFEs

Princess D I would highly suggest that you submit an e-request on their website for your pending EAD I-765. Mine took super long 13 months to be exact.

I did biometric for 360 in July 2021. Also did biometric again in April 2022. yet nothing has changed. tried to expedite it but it shows I am still on the right track So confuse now to get a lawyer it will charge me more
