I-601/ I-212, and spouse finishes 10-year deportation bar June 2026
hello, it’s been so far 22 months and we have not received any information. How is it looking for yall? My husband also finishes his 10-year deportation bar outside of the US in June 2026 so idk if that helps our case at all.

@Erza Dervishi Do you have an update for his waivers? We filed my husband’s I-212 and I-601 in October 2024 and haven’t received any update. His 5 year ban expired last month so I was hoping to get some type of traction but both are still in “Received” status. My husband is from Mexico
