@august 2023 no husband filed for me, you can’t get it waived yourself, they will waive it if they think you have enough evidence

we submitted our i130 on September 2 2023. we got our second review on October 18 2024 followed by an approval!!!. We are finally approved!

my dq date was Aug 29th i have an appointment for December 29

@October 2023 they send out appointments around the 15th of each month.

if your dq date is around the first week of October then you should expect an appointment next week if everything goes well.

@Annie ya if you’re in September and you didnt get an appointment yet then your dq was probably the third or fourth week of September. you should expect an interview letter next month if everything goes well.

@asmaa a yea its usually a month or a month and half. Their were probably some setbacks on their side.

no they didn’t ask me to drop of nothing, I have 2 kids with my husband so that’s enough proof for them I guess
