yes , I got it on last January.

I got mine also 3 months ago plus my old fingerprints were applied to my case i485 and i765 but my i360 says case received in March.

@jojo you might as well sit back and let it flow I’ve been waiting over a year and I’ve seen where people been waiting since 2018 and 2019 VAWA doesn’t work like marriage based applications it takes lots of patients and time.

i applied for Vawa on November 16 2020 Vermont centar. i got receipt, fingerprint and Prima Facie on Feb but still nothing for i765 and I131. i prepared myself for waiting min 2 years for Vawa to be approved but i was hopping thet i am gona get allready my EAD card(c09).

My VAWA was approved in 21 months. I didn’t file a 485 or 765 until after the approval. now I’m waiting for them both so annoying

I applied in March 2020 I’m on my second prima facie I only did my i360 and i765 I wanted to wait on my approval first before I apply for my i485 even though I’m kinda regretting it now.

I'm on the same boat, I filed i360, i485, i785, & i131 on April 12th 2021 and received the receipt notice in 2 weeks followed by biometrics reused notice(from the denied i-130-485 application) for 765 and 485 by May 2nd week. Any idea on the approximate timelines for getting the c09 EAD? I also read that uscis is issuing 2 years initial EADs now, i hope this is true.

Yeah 2yrs EAD both initial and renewal

I understood that VAWA will take almost 22 months to get approve but we need to survive during this long time wait ,with having EAD card . USCIS doesn’t care for that . During 6 months waiting time got ,receipt,Prima facie and denied expedite EAD .Nothing elas.

so you are saying once the VAWA will approve then you will get EAD?

c09 EAD should come before VAWA approval and c31 EAD comes after it gets approved.

@peace so if your fingerprints were taken for both i765 and i485 is that a good sign for i360 getting approved and should one be expecting prima facie.

I’ve been waiting 5 months and no biometrics for my c31 EAD just saying fees were waived but my 485 was transferred to NBC and got a deficiency notice for medical. expedite for EAD was not responded to by Vermont

i am wandering,had my older fingerprint on USCIS system which had taken 2019 but they didn’t take it for my VAWA application.do you think that is normal ?because some of friends said their fingerprint was taken ? kind of worry

i don’t know really. They reused mine 2 days after receipt and i was waiting 7 months to be approved.

mine is six months now ,base on their time line one more month need to be issue but their timeline isn’t relabel.

I have my fingerprints taken for my i485 about a month ago and my i765 about 3 months ago but I haven’t gotten my prima facie yet and my i360 is still saying case recieved

maybe they will speed up everything in the next month. i hope they will!if you have a lawyer maybe you should consult with him.

mine i360 is the same, case recieved and i think is gona stay like that until they made a final decision or if they need rfe

I’m still kinda puzzled because I haven’t gotten a approval for my I360 and I only filed it along with my I765. I know they don’t issue you a work permit unless your I360 is being approved so I’m puzzled if I’m gonna be receiving a approval soon.

I think they do give you work permit even if the i360 is going to be positive or negative

There you can have the opportunity to call in live & ask your question on air. He’s also on FB & Instagram under the same name. There’s also a group called the Law Academy on Clubhouse. The only thing w/that is, someone will have to add you to the app but from there, you’re free to roam around & find ppl/groups that share you’re same interests. Timeline ( if it helps ) I-360;I-485 EAD & advance parole filed December 27,2021 . Biometrics scheduled March 28 ( 3 months later ) Now it’s a waiting game I suppose No prima yet

I applied for VAWA in July 31 2021 and after a month and a half I got the receipt, Biometrics re used and Prima Facie.

@ancie I am waiting too today I got a letter saying they bypass my Biometrics and is working on my request with using the biometrics I did in February.. so hope that's some good news coming soon .

processing time for me. filed VAWA October 5th 2021 receipt notice November 21,2021 Biometrics Notice January 28, 2022 Did biometrics appointment on February 16,2022 corrected 1-360 receipt March 2, 2022 not sure what that was about but my lawyer said it was a mistake on USCIS side. i-360 Prima facie letter March 30, 2022 After which I filed 1-765, 1-485 and 1-131 and got receipt notice for all three APRIL 13, 2022. And today June 8,2022 got letter about biometrics bypass for file 1-485. hope this was helpful for some one. let's keep the faith guys and keep the good news coming God is able. 💪

Hi! I filed vawa concurrently with forms i-485,765 and i131 in January 2022, Got receipt notice January 2022, Feb 15 my forms i-485, 765 and i131 were returned for incorrect fees, Got RFE March 22, Got biometric notice April 1, Sent Rfe response April 29 , Sent my forms i-765,486 and i-131 same day, Got Prima facie May 3rd but till now no notice of receipt for my adjustment of status, Can someone help me?

I just did my biometrics July 13,2022. Anyone knows what I should recieve next? My atty filed everything concurrently.

I filled I-360, I-131, I-485 and I-775 May 17th through my Attorney I got Prima facie in early June I-485 Updated to show fingerprints were taken on June 15th I-765 Updated to show fingerprints were taken on July 28th

Hello fellows, I file my vawa case on June 2021, and I get my receipt on July 19th 2021,until now I didn't receive my prima facie, almost 1 year 7 months, anytime that I check, it says is in process, and they didn't ask any additional documents, please can anyone tells me, vawa can approve without prima facie.
