@Ivy Vn brutal. I am June 28, 2023 and still waiting. I’m a USC filing for my wife abroad. absolutely ridiculous that they’re approving all these July cases when there’s so many June and before June cases that are still pending with absolutely no explanation or communication regarding what’s going on and why it’s taking so long.
USCIS is a complete failure. I completely understand why so many people cross the border illegally. people doing things the right way are repeatedly punished.

@Rizwan Javed And I wrote the congressman last week. He made an inquiry to USCIS and they responded him last Tuesday that they will review my case status but they haven't emailed the congressman again since then. I hope they say something tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll be 15 months in 7 days.
