@ I-765 not approved and it’s been over 6 months . case is in Nebraska. waiting for a response from my lawyer before I file a service request / or avail other options. if your 485 at a field office ?

my PD is 09/2022. eb2 row. submitted on jan 2025. had biometrics on feb. no updates afterwards. some get i765 approved within less than a week too. depends.

Same here. PD is also 02/23, submitted everything on July 02/2024 We haven’t received anything…

@battling giants Mine is over 7 months in CSC. I’ve been asked many times, but always get the answer NBC😅

@ what’s CSC? California service center ? if they are answering NBC why do you think it’s CSC?

@ aah. I had a similar situation. my 485 was in NBC, 765 went to Nebraska. 485 is now in Santa Ana field office . both still pending .

how do you guys know which FO it goes to?

@EB2 ROW ask Emma . they lie many times . what I learnt is if they respond in all caps about the location of a specific field office , they have most likely copied from a tool and you can count that as true .

@ thanks but there’s a delay of months in all field office due to interviews .mine was transferred on Feb 21.

if your PD is current, check dqued date from your embassy. IL are issued on the basis of DQued after PD current

@battling giants too early to reach out to senator for me at least since RD is Jan 7th 2025. and already have h1b as backup
