@n zk Its weird for sure, but technically “within processing time” as per uscis website - congressman/senator ask to wait 90 more days before next inquiry

Raleigh does have a horrible backlog and processing time on the website says 37 months . Boy with such processing times , I wonder if people are relocating to a city with faster processing times . you can’t do anything other than wait for the processing time / service request date to be made available before congress man can help .

@elan m priority date means nothing , my PD is 12/22/2014. PD only ensures case will remain current throughout and won’t get blocked . the receipt date is what USCIS bases the processing time on.

March 2025 Visa Bulletin is out, EB2 India/China/ROW are advanced. EB3 India/China also advanced. EB3 others for India/Philippines/Row advanced. And EB3-Skilled keep the SAME (Techically PD moving 1 weeks after 1 year). I guess we need to go to church for praying more and more!

@Oz taha I’ve done it on my own. The case was in Cincinnati, OH. I was going to create a service request after March 12. Then they moved the case to Newark, processing time changed. New location says that I can create a SR in August!! That pissed me off and I filed it online.
