Any recent approvals of AP or EAD for VAWA?
Hi, my VAWA is pending since 2024 but I applied for AP and EAD in June of 2025. So it’s been 13 months and I still didn’t get approval on either of those two. Can you tell me when did you submit your documents if you got approved for EAD or AP recently? thanks

I got my EAD 16 months after applying and my AP 8 months after applying. Hope you get your EAD and AP approval soon 🙏

I filled for VAWA in June 2004. I applied for AP and EAD(c09) in April 2005. I haven't gotten an approval on any of them yet.

@Gods Daughter please how long did it take USCIS to mail your EAD? they approved mine recently July 8 and still haven’t heard from them🙏

@My Time it took about 3 weeks they say it take upto 4 weeks/30 days on approval notice. Did u get a tracking number? Was card produced?
