Any PD Jan 2024 NIW case approvals?
Hello all, I have been following many i140 cases on this app for a while and people with PD Dec 23 are getting approved recently. How about us with PD in Jan 24? My case just passed 480 days (16 months) today and I am prepared to wait for over 500 days.
But if you got your case approved, please share in here so I could know the process is actually making progress. Thank you!

you need to talk to your lawyer, mine is same date as yours got my approval over 7 months ago after responding to RFE

@f c thanks for the advice. Your case is probably at TSC, mine is at NSC. There is nothing I could do to this.

You are still within processing time range. No cause to panic. My PD is 25 May 2023 I submitted my AOS 10/24/2024 and Finger prints received on 02/12/2024. I have no approval yet but have also seen some whose PD is after mine getting approved. There is no formulae as long as youbare still within processing times for your centre, then seat tight and wait you will get a response. Remember the processing time is not based on your PD but on the date your AOS application is received and this is in light with your PD having become current. Best wishes.🙏

@Victor Ng yes they have just increased the processing time. my observation is that the increase is actually updated after some cases get approved with that processing time. I guess the update is a bit behind so our cases may even take longer and we can expect 17 months next update.
