I’m October last year… this morning I got an email saying action was taken but I can’t see what cause my case shows as closed.. so I’m hunting on the internet about people like me so I don’t panic

my case is Oct 2 2023 anyone got an approval?

@P OP yeah I got my letter of denial today.. 2 days before my birthday lol, I’m going to appeal , they said he doesn’t make enough when I filed his tax returns but he does, so I’m not sure the problem, I can’t afford a lawyer so I’ll need to go through this again, and I also didn’t do the medical exam cause I thought it was a summons like they did with biometrics but I was supposed to do that on my own in my own time and money

@victoriya kouzmina oh no I am so sorry… this is what I’m scared of as well… they take so long to tell us we are denied. can I ask how much does your spice make?

@P OP he made around 40k a year for last few years with like 3 months out of work switching jobs, with our son he needs to make around 38k and maybe he was too close to the cut off number, I’m going to try to get a co sponsor just to be safe and re file in the next 2 weeks
