Any Oct 2020 NIW filer still waiting for I-140 NSC?
That's tough! 1 year and a half waiting for this....and ut used to be 5 to 7.5 months..
Just looking for some hope #niw #NSC #I-140

c'mon! they updated processing times today....12.5 to 18 months....this is ridiculous...I was 18 days away to being able to rise a SR.....now almost 2 months away again 😭

still waiting its 15months,we file for premium 5times they send us back saying there is no original perm attached,my lawyer sees they rejected 5times with same reason but still he keeps sending and the result is no original perm attached. 🙇🏻♀️

I am still waiting even with a SR that I could raise through chat with a live agent...24 days ago 😅
