@Yas I, please can clarify about the retrogression of your case? Is this the same as what the VB says? Or USCIS has an internal visa availability data. Please let me know. Thanks

@Yas I, thanks for the reply. But are you current based on the VB?

Apparently EB2 and 3 is going to retrogress from July it says. I pray we all get ours before then. Amen!

@Yas I @J A @Patiently waiting do you guys think July retrogression will affect us with PD back in October 22 if we are not approved till then ?

@Yas I, this is hilarious 😂. How can someone be current as per the VB but USCIS says otherwise. It doesn't make any single sense. Do you just intend to wait?

I got approval today after it has been in crp for 4 months. My PD is Dec 2022. They approved it along with my wife and one child. My second child received RFE. Last week, I chatted with live agent. He told me to keep checking till March 2025. I was in the process of contacting congressman. God showed up!

@Yas I, @Sa O, can you please provide your thoughts. I have a pending AOS based on a pending EB1B petition. My EB1 processing time has kept on increasing. Currently, it is 9 months. I actually have an approved EB2-NIW (Dec 22 PD) which I am considering requesting USCIS to transfer my pending i485 to. Please, do you see any issues with this? Just your opinion will be appreciated.

@Rijo Rijo There is no issue with that as I know! You should be fine!

@Sa O, thanks! Have you heard of anyone's experience with transfer of Underlying Basis?

@Yas I, thanks too. Any known experience on this?

@Yas I, true. Attorney wants 💰 😄😄😄. I know it is a simple process, less complicated than petition. I just need to explore someone's experience.....to match what I have read from USCIS manual.

@Yas I, on the contrary, it is actually a very established process. Just like the priority date retention. I have written the letter and gathered supporting documentations. Just trying to dot my i's and cross my t's before sending it.
