sept 2020 here i feel your pain @sam thomas my attorney told me to wait and not file a mandamus

i m living in VA and my application is in MD , Baltimore office. These both State don’t have a good Vawa attorney, hire someone who has experience on vawa , someone like Mamita Rahman, . Don’t wase your money by hiring immigration attorney, hire vawa experience attorney.

@sam thomas : no my vawa was applied on dec 2020, that time I didn’t know anyone in us and had English barrier as well . I hired someone who knows my language also paid more than other attorneys, now I see lots of issues in my case , all of them cause by hiring none experienced attorney. my vawa took 40 months to be approved, now my 485 again stuck in field office. better to hire VAWA experienced. Since my attorney got his last peymet. I could have any response from him . no answering phone , late email response.

@sam thomas yes i had to redo mine. i submitted 2 months ago and they said they couldn’t except it because it was electronically signed so i had to redo in ink (pen)
