June 24 still waiting

We need to be approved soon Hamza. They started with the PIP already and there are thousands of people that can apply for that program, maybe that's why the processing time on the USCIS web site has increased AGAIN to 15.5 months. I haven't tried chat with Emma again like I said but I'm planning doing it this afternoon

@B G Stands for Parole in Place which is the new program that Biden's administration created to help people that got in the US illegaly and are married with citizens, it also helps step children of citizens. They have already approved some of those cases in just a few days. But I wonder what about us that are doing everything the right way and waiting for over a year

@Ivy Vn oh I see! I agree with you, they have been in the country for years like couldn't they wait another year to get legalized it's not like they were separated from their family..

@Ivy Vn Me and you have the same actively reviewing date as well as the same service center and almost the same priority date. if we do get something it might be around the same time.

En proceso consular primero aprueban la peticion en USCIS luego se pasa a NVC luego se espera cita del consulado. Es un proceso más largo q los de ajuste de estatus usted seguramente es ajuste de status y por eso espera cita d USCIS

@Ivy Vn in Texas service center. I’ve been seeing June 28 filers get approved since Saturday. so it’s really depressing still waiting because it’s making me think I might end up being a delayed case too.

@Hamza Abdulsattar I've been trying since yesterday to chat with Emma and it's not working, it hangs forever, the chat doesn't open 😩

@Ivy Vn you need to wait like 15-20 min in line. I had to wait that long too. make sure you do it today because they’re operating hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. so tomorrow they’ll be off

@Hamza Abdulsattar It doesn't open on my phone but I tried on my computer and it opened but it doesn't connect me with a live agent when Emma starts asking for info of the petitioner it asks for phone, zip code, then it asks for email and I give it and it closes immediately. I just tried like a hundred times and every time when I give my husband's email the chat window closes. And I only can put his email because the chat doesn't work with the benefitiary's info

@Ivy Vn you have to put the same exact info you put on your I-130

@Hamza Abdulsattar My lawyers filled the i-130 but it's my husband's email I used it before to chat with Emma with no problem. I don't even know if it's the email because it's really weird it closes without showing any message that the chat is closed or something. It's just that the chat window closes like puff instantly disappears

@Ivy Vn open your USCIS account and go to case status, there should be a pdf of your I-130 open it and you’ll find all the info

July still waiting

@Hamza Abdulsattar I've checked those doc's before but the info of the petitioner doesn't show up in the uploaded I-130. It was sent on paper by my lawyers and USCIS scanned and uploaded everything but that part of the form (petitioner info) I can't see it. Someone told me that it's ok it doesn't mean that it's not there it just doesn't show on my account. But when my lawyers filled the form I checked it before they mailed it. The email is ok and like I said I used it to chat with Emma one month ago and I didn't have any problem I was transferred to a live agent

@Hamza Abdulsattar I could finally got to chat with Emma. I used the same email. It seems the system was even busier than normally. But I lost my time because they only copied pasted the same I see on my account. That my case is actively reviewed since August 24, 2023. Jazmine, the one who attended me, didn't say anything new

@Hamza Abdulsattar Do you know if going to the service center in person could be better than calling? Because my husband goes to Dallas next week and the service center is not far from where he goes. So I wonder, if he goes, could they give him more information about our case? or he's not allowed to go and ask in person. I don't find any information about this subject on google

@Ivy Vn tbh I don’t think they’d even let you in the building. waste of time in my opinion.

@Hamza Abdulsattar Yes I found out that an appointment is needed and only for emergency travel or work permit documents so there's nothing else to do. Well I'm planning writing a congressman but that doesn't work most of the times

I'm in a whatsapp group from my country and there were 3 more people of June but they all are June 23rd Nebraska, and they are all approved. It's only me of June in that group still waiting 😩
