@A W just chatted with Emma agent and they said to wait for 30 days as my card still producing.. I’m so sad that I won’t make it to my country this month

@V . I'm a little concerned now seeing that your card haven't been picked up yet after so many days. I thought it would be after a day or so. Family going on vacation soon and I wanna join but don't wanna book until I see the card picked up.

@Iam Hero I just called the contact center and they said there is no tracking number yet .. it might be picked tomorrow or Friday and then they can provide me with the tracking number
