@Kanye East I sent my medicals in August without rfe, it never got updated on uscis.com. and i am still waiting for approval. 12/13/23, my status changed to request for additional evidence, waiting to receive the notice.

@Kanye East @eve eve I called them to know the location of my file, it was at NBC at the that time, I did the medical with cover letter, I added barcodes for my A# and receipt # to the cover letter, I got approved 10days later. my advise is to use FedEx when mailing your documents to uscis they are more efficient.

@Kanye East update on my RFE, it wasn't for medicals its was I-864W. so I think interfiling works.

@nikky miller VAWA based i485 applicants fill out i864W too? I haven’t heard of that anywhere on this app.

@Kanye East my husband file i130 and i485 for me which at that point I filed i864 because I needed a sponsor. but I converted to vawa which automatically exempts me from requiring i864 hence the RFE for i864w
