any idea how long will I130 take ?? when I can ask case out standing time ?
my case since September 2 ,2022 , I was receiving USCIS case review since March7,2023 and nothing update more. my husband is US citizen.

We applied a few days earlier than you and have yet to be approved as well. My spouse is also a US citizen. There were two RFEs sent out to us this year. One for updated pictures of us and the second was to resubmit all initial evidence. It has been a month since we've gotten the "case actively being reviewed" message. I hope you and I get good news soon. It's been so long.
