Any I-140 Approvals from Texas Service Centre with Regular Processing?
Any 2021 applicants got I-140 approval from "Texas Service Centre" regular processing "Not Premium"? My case was submitted in August 2021 still no approval. Please include your application dates for some hopes for fellow applicants :) #I-140

No RFE. It took 15 and a half months to get approved.

Yes, and my employer did not want to apply for premium processing

Applied may 26th and still waiting. only have done biometrics, and got EAD(No AP) around 23 days ago.

Yes I-140, I-485, I-765, and I-131 were filed altogether. So far only I only got EAD and done biometrics, everything else is still pending and have no updates at all.

Sure, please also keep us posted. I’m thinking about going for Premium Processing but I’m not sure if is that still worth it as I already have waited for more than 13 months.

Exactly, what I’ll do is to keep watching the estimation for processing time, if that starts to increase maybe I’ll go for premium processing.

mine filed in Jan-2021, Still waiting . my employer not willing to convert it to premium. it's too much painful more then 500 days of waiting .

mine was submitted July 23, 2021 and I-140 was approved on Aug 15. 2022. no premium, no RFE. now we’re waiting for I-485 (already moved to another office)

@eb2 Orlando thanks for sharing ay I ask on what date you 485 case was transferred to another office? did you get medical rfe yet?
