@zumunda nda if you have done something bad in the past or want to skip some vaccines based on your beliefs, USCIS will make you file this form. In the case of wrongdoing for eg, you are saying USCIS shouldn’t consider your past when deciding your green card case. for them to to forgive you, you need to show that your US spouse or US parent cannot survive in your absence if your green card is denied. In addition, if your VAWA petition is approved, then you can also show why you cannot survive if they force you to leave this country, not just your US spouse or US parent. google i601 for more details. @VAWA King it really depends on who reviews your case and if they invite you to an interview or not. During an interview, you just have to honest and say you forgot.

approved vawa people don’t require eligible family members for hardship, they have to show hardship on themselves. no fees for vawa petitioners required. you can send them fees and they will refund for it
