any feedback on the approximate time frame for a decision on I-485 EB2 ROW, after RFE response?
I had an RFE for a birth certificate (stamp was not clear enough) responded within a week and I was notified that the case is opened again.
I’ve seen people reporting months of wait time after an RFE. is this true?

same for me as well!! when did you submit the response of it?? I submitted two weeks ago but no updates yet. except confirming they received it…

I submitted end of January. response was 2/6/24 that they received it

it’s totally unpredictable, there’s no consistency. it could be days, weeks or months.
