NOTICE EXPLAINING USCIS ACTION WAS MAILED.
On November 30, 2023, we began reviewing your form i- 130, MSC *********. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case . please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. if you do not receive your notice by December 14,2023 contact the USCIS Center.
seriously I dont know what to expect. any ideas on what to expect?
your advice is greatly needed.

That was noid, Notice of intent to deny.. They are about to deny your case. Is this your first marriage or not? Same thing is happening to me right now..

any idea why ur receipt # starts with MSC ,

my i131 receipt number starts with MSC they informed me it’s not processing online, i submitted it with other forms the first time got rejected, after resubmitting it they sent this # MSC ******** and i cant track it there is no document tab to check

@Ade poposon that’s a notice of denial.. so they basically denied your case 😩.. see an attorney.. this isn’t good… hope all goes well…

if you go through my time line , we been on this process since 2019. we did 2 interview and it all went fine. I call my attorney to inform her about the development.

@april 2022 how do you know it’s a denial? it wasn’t stated there. can’t it be for RFE or NOID?

@Ade poposon you are receiving NOID.
If you applied in 2019 and had 2 interviews, the last one being in Jan 2021, then it is not "all went fine". You failed to convince immigration officers of your bona-fide relationship and they intend to deny your case...
Collect all the evidence you can, common children and joint financials are the best. joint bank accounts, taxes filed "married filing jointly", utility bills in both names, state issued ids with the same address.

@lama, my renewal application receipt started with MSC I think it's recent application numbering so that they can differentiate btw new and old files.

@yassine bounaj my attorney responded to NOID almost 7 months ago. I received a message that they received it the second day that my attorney sent it. No decision till now. I contacted my congressman and my senator, uscis replied that they were still reviewing my response. I'm just tired of them..

@kay Kay omg that's a lot we try to contact them many times and they say the same thing normal processing and we try services requeste but still nothing we just need answers
