Any EB1C I485 Approval from Nebraska
EB1C AOS filed on Apr 2021. Got the EAD Combo Card in Nov. Has any one got the I485 Approved from Nebraska for their AOS filed between Jan to Apr

@rahul Thank You, my PD is Dec 2020 with 140 Approved in Aug 2021. Would like to check if anyone with similar PD dates have got their I485 Approved

no just waiting. I heard few cases where there i485 is getting transferred for 2nd time. Like NBC to Nebraska and again to another office. I have asked them if its back to NBC or not, but they are waiting for the mail copy

second transfer is good sign, do you know if those are also from April whose first transfer was in May and when was there i140 approved?

I submitted an EB1b I-485 to MSC in April. It got transferred to Nebraska in May and back to MSC last month. I-140 got approved in November (was submitted December 2020).

Good so atleast some movement. You should have the Approval soon.

we filed concurrently in Nebraska October 2020. BIO completed May 2021. I140 approved Jan 2022. Pending I485 now.

so we received courtesy notification last month that case was transferred from NSC to NBC and just chatted with live agent throug Emma who advised that the case is at Sacramento. when I checked case processing times for I485 at Sacramento, the case inquiry date is July 2020 worse than nsc September 2020. our concurrent file date is October,29, 2020. what is going on in there?
