Any EB1-C approval from July 23 filing from India?
India EB1-C case here. My PD is Aug 17 and application filing is July 23 (including medical). I-140 was approved in Dec 18th, EAD and AP on Jan 19th. I-485 was transferred from Texas to Missouri NBC on Dec 22. No updates since then. What can I expect?

i have a very similar timeline. Filed everything including I140 in July 23. I140 approved after 10 days with PP. I485 transferred to NBC on Dec 22 as well. No updates since then. The wait is exhausting. I’m ROW btw

@C K From NBC they sometimes send to a NBC field office. Call the service center to find that. If you gave medicals before and nothing else pending, I have a feeling it’s on the verge of getting approved. Anytime you can expect.
