They are very slow, I don't think K1 visa is their priority. The next thing that will happen they will carry the processing time back to January. Let they did before. They will continue to use back logs and covid-19 as an excuse.

it seems like they are in mid to late March but not in order… some days I see a bunch of March 15 approved… some days I see a bunch of March 23 approved

"still March cases left" means that they still have March cases, still working on them "1400 cases out of 4000"means there are 4000 cases were submitted in March and there are still 1400 cases weren't touched so 2600 were Aproved or got an rfe

when it is not possible for them to process all the cases of the month mentioned on USCIS portal...they extend the timeline and date back so that petitioners will not able to make inquiries for their cases.
