@Gerard M. yes I understand but some people expedite then is happen otherwise F2A category for approval wait huge time it's better get citizenship then USCIS upgrade your case...when my wife apply then she is permanent resident now she is usc we can upgrade our case category iR1 so I received my approval very soon our laywer said that
