they take 30 days

and it depends on your PD if you're outside of normal processing time

make sure you call them and let them know you’re a citizen now! it took a while for them to change mine. I’m still waiting for my approval tho

@Genesis calderon they gave me referral ID number and told me to gove them 30 days they say request has been successful but when did you get notice of upgrade by them

@young nim I upgraded my case online on March 20th, but I was told to send in a written request with a signature. I did so but haven’t heard from them anymore. On April 26th, I rerequest an upgrade online and still waiting for their answer within 30 days. please update your case when you hear anything back

after almost 30 days of contacting them I got and email from uscis saying that they upgraded my case status.
