I filed April 18, 2022 and was approved Nov 18th 2025 without RFE but now my I-485 was transfer same day and now RFE was requested April 6th which I believe is for medical and birth certificate. I will get it before Tuesday next week.

@Mary V initially police clearance and fbi fingerprints. For the RFE | sent a letter from my leasing office that I'm a good tenant, letter from my employer, letter I do volunteer work, police clearance and fbi fingerprints check.

@April 2022 my RFE was for medical and birth certificate which I sent it in on Monday and they received it on Friday and acknowledged it that rfe was received on Saturday. that’s what’s showing on lawful and USCIS website
