I believe if they wanted to issue RFE, they would have issued it since, instead of issuing when case is almost 30months.

they are hopefully working on 2020 cases like sept, Oct, Nov

@Alexer George We seem to have similar case but I approved i360 dec 13th 2022 but no PF while waiting no nothing

I'm July 2021 ! today they sended me 2 RFE, 1 RFE was about good moral character, I have 3 PF and combo card Last updated in my case was in Avgust 2022 Cresponde was received and uscis reviewing it

October 2020 1 RFE good moral character 1 PF, 2 combo cards I have a question for experienced ones: 1. have you seen often any 2nd RFE after 1st RFE good moral character successfully submitted? 2. if somebody had experience with 2nd RFE, what usually status of 360 (on USCIS website) looks like after 2nd RFE? no idea my case status changed today to RFE was sent I sended everything what I had before

it’s more concerned that people who now are applying for vawa and the timeline is increasing every month , can you imagine how many years it can take up to finish the vawa processing for new applicants !! now the timeline is 33 months and it was 32 months last time and I believe next month it will be 34 months !! I am just counting the delay !! one of the Attorney say in live YouTube that vawa now can take up 4-7 years so ridiculous!!

Oct 2020 no RFE, 4 PFs, correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it last update since August 2021. I'm tired of waiting and the quality of my child and moreso my child is dwindling. May God grant us favor!

@M dR thank you for replying my poor comment and to be honest every time I check the processing time it always increases and it really make me upset and you know this kinda wait make people get sick mentally . after they approve vawa then they again take more than a year to process the green card but I saw few lucky people who gets very fast GC in hand but all average is taking so long and I believe uscis will step ahead and make it happen fast becaus we paid the fees for the form . ❤️
