an update
my vawa was approved last year August, since them I have not heard anything, I move from the state I filled it texas, and today this an update i got that we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. please share experience if you have an update like this before.thanks

they move your adjustment application to filed office where u filled your application for approval. congrat in advance

my vawa was approved Sept 6 2024, I went to the interview may 15 this year, never heard from them since then

@sweet16 gift , I received the same message during my process, so it means they will likely schedule You for an Interview at the local office of Your address they have on file

my Vawa got approved in 2024 October since then I never heard from uscis and it’s been like almost one years of my Vawa approval and when I spoke to my congress man they found that my I-485 is at NBC and they will schedule my interview at local office but when I called uscis to find out they told me that my detail doesn’t match and they hung up on me so any suggestion what to do now !!!

@shameel masurkar: Go online USCIS.GOV and make a Service request for CASE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL PROCESS TIME. They will response to You within 3 to 5 business days.

I did all the possible way and I got email also from uscis but they says we are unable to respond you at this time

same here.. Vawa approved since August 2024, I have submitted medical and every other document requested from me . it been 8months now. tired asf

@ Sam Gem, how long does it take the before the schedule you for an interview. this vawa of a thing can be frustrating 😒, I pray to God every day not to break down, may God help us.
