Am I at risk of deportation?
With the ongoing mass deportation, Am I a target if:
1. I’m out of status for years (H1B)
2. Have no criminal history
3. Have pending i-130
4. not sure about removal proceedings
Please advise. And also share a good lawyer contact please just in case

if you are out of status, you have always been at risk of deportation, Trump or not.

you have a pending 130 and you’re in the US? file a 485 for marriage and then you will have status… what am I missing ? @a t

I’m looking at may your timeline, and it shows an I-485. is it approved? if it is you are A ok.

pending i130, no your not going to be deported but don't put yourself in a position where anything can affect you.
