First of all, I hope you have a lawyer. Second, vawa applicants are not deportable while the case is pending. The fact that you got a PF is a good sign so you met all the preliminary qualifications for vawa. Just be truthful on your applications but I strongly advise getting representation if you don't have one just in case.

I don't think you need to be. As a vawa applicant, by law, you can't be deported while your case is pending

@Bobur n I just had a similar case I got charged with Demostic Violence charge in 2017 and I got arrested when Trump was the president. nothing happened I filed vawa and my case got approved few months ago. in my experience you should not be worried have faith and just relax just try to stay away from more problems. my case was not serious and no physical injury. but sadly, my attorney made me appeal to that charge guilty. things got twisted and at the time I did not know what to do and stuff. you know but don’t worry. everything will be okay. I had a removal order due my ex lawyer was late filing my file and my case got reopened and the DHS agreed to join the motion to get it dismissed and I’m working on it. so I hope everything works out to everyone. my best wishes.
