Almost Two Years
Just wanting to vent again as we’re approaching the two year mark 😮‍💨😭 I can’t believe how silent USCIS is being about my case. They haven’t responded to my service request and the live agents won’t tell me anything because the request is still pending. At this point I wish I had immigrated to Canada and not put my husband through the painful process of having him immigrate to this awful awful country.

I’m so sorry you all going through this, I’m USC applied for my husband and we have few days left to 1 year, have you tried contacting ombudsman or congressman? Don’t know what’s the reason for the delay’s or why there silent on giving information to our cases, doesn’t make sense to me, but don’t give up, its hard, make an inquiry, keep contacting them until you get an answer

Did you try contacting senator or congressman? or even ombudsman. They are there to help you. If none of those works and if you can afford an extra $5000 you should file writ of mandamus. This force them to make a decision in 3 weeks
