@mercy you have been waiting more than an year after interview? what does your status show now? did you open service requests?

@sK kas yes my interview was done in Nov 2020 after which uscis asked for some documents which my lawyer sent it out but it was a couple days late, but my lawyer knew that uscis had given like 60 more days to reply to RFE & noids after the given date on the letter. so uscis by mistakenly denied my case & closed in Jan 2021 byt then by gods grace they realised their mistake & with my lawyer speaking to them a couple times they reopened my case in may 2021 after which again uscis sent me a letter asking for additional documents to prove that my marriage with my husband is real… that was also sent in august 2021 with my work permit renewal but still no update yet…
