almost a year since EB2-NIW submission and 8 months since approval. No EAD no GC nothing
almost a year since I submitted my EB2-NIW (row) and 8 months since approval. My Nov-2023 is not current and still don’t have EAD or GC! So frustrating and don’t know what to do! On STEM-OPT which ends on Nov-2025.

you should have a second plan if dates don’t move forward by January. Check if E2 visa work for yoy?

@Ahmed Ibrahim dates probably won’t move any more! i think Aug 1st 2023 is as fas as VB will move during FY25.

My PD is earlier than yours and I still haven’t gotten any decision on my I-140……

i agree but there is still some hope in January. You should start on an alternative plan no later than early September when January visa bulletin is published.
