Almost 3 months after interview and still no decision with my husband's N400 application
It's a shame for all government agencies using covid19 as excuse to not work, what's the point of vaccine? All burocrats are living the dream right now, if you complain about their inefficiency they are playing the covid19 card to justify their laziness, we paid already for this fees their not for free.

@quan quan that’s fucked up
Lisa ModhwadiaJul 23, 2021
@Quan Quan you can sue them, the rule is 120 days after interview to take decision

usually at the end of interview, they will tell you if you pass the interview. if yes, they will take you for Oath on the same day. what's happened in your case?
B BJul 26, 2021
@joshwa philip: that’s obvs not true as her husband has yet to receive a determination on his case. at the end of the interview you get a “yes, recommended for oath” or an “a decision can’t be made” unless your fail the quiz then it’s a retake. it’s not a simple yes/no answer.

@MB what is not true? If you read my post i clearly say after interview he still doesn't have a decision. What part is not true? Why many people is suing USCIS because of their inefficiency? The rule is 120 day after interview to take decision, by the way my husband passed the test but they still didn't take decision.

victor yes bro very fucked up🤦🏻‍♂
quan quanQJul 26, 2021
@ lisa yes that's why I have my lawyer now on my case they gave her 90 days to respond which is in August

@lisa modhwadia: if you bothered to read to comprehend you’d see I was correcting joshwa’s assertion that you only get a yes or no at the end of your citizenship interview. nowhere did I claim your situation was false.
Lisa ModhwadiaJul 26, 2021
@MB my bad, your are completely right, I jumped in to conclusions very fast and I didn't read very well. And yes after interview even if the applicant pass the entire interview (Civic test and english test), the applicant could not have a decision right away like @Joshwa philip thinks.
