same here. My attorney advised me to not file wom, just to wait up to 32 months since this is the normal processing time. but talk to your attorney and check if you can file wom

@Sasha J90 don’t listen your own attorney, my friend filled a law suit after 20 months of Applying GC and within the month of filling lawsuit he got his interview in New York federal plaza, he came here in 2023 his case got approved in 2024 and now his time to get his green card, I whould do exactly the same thing after it’s past the 20 months of filing
