@Tom Bom, Thanks. All my forms has same priority date June 28th 2021 because my attorney submitted everything same day.. my vawa was approved June 28th 2023. For such question as have you work without permission is “NO”

I worked without permit this question I put yes, but in this question “have you ever violate your immigration status” I put no, I overstay my tourist visa, that’s correct? congrats enjoy your freedom. 🙏🏼

@Tom Bom. it depend on the officer and you may be favor not to be invited for interview. My interview was due to lie my ex wrote in his withdrawal statement saying we do not live together but God used the officer that interviewed me to favor me to the point he showed me the statement written by my ex, my interview turn out to be interaction session.

@prazzi S, Houston TX. I had my interview January 17th 2024 and January 18 I received message for evidence to proof that I lived with my spouse, testimonies from friends/families that know about my marriage.
