anna Gordon - IOE just means that USCIS is processing your requests through online filing. it doesn't mean anything else. You will have to wait the same amount of time for each case as you would for paper filing.
also, note that IOE doesn't mean that you yourself necessarily filed online. USCIS is gradually switching to online filling. so, even if you sent your documents in physical forms, the drop box scanned everything and sent them electronically to the appropriate service centers.
how you can know what service center is processing your cases is by looking at the address on the receipt that you received for each. usually, the service center's address is on there. 🙂
