@Jane Doe What was your online status showing for I 485 and I 130 before it got approved ?It was actively reviewed or still interview was scheduled after the interview?
Jane DoeMay 12, 2022
@A S The I-485 said Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. For the I-130, I’m not sure. Lawfully says it went from case has been received and notice sent to case approved but I feel like when my interview was scheduled, it reflected on the I-130 too.

@Jane Doe U gave your interview on March 29?

My spouse and I were interviewed together. The interviewer was generally nice even though my spouse and I had some inconsistencies. At the end of the interview, he asked if we had any further evidence to add since we didn’t really submit a lot when we first filed. So we gave him all our new stuff and he gave me a slip at the end with the first box ticked basically saying they still need to review my case and I should be able to put in a case inquiry within 120 days. In person, he mentioned that my I-485 looks good but he needs to review the new evidence we submitted in support of the I-130, and that we should hear back in 3-4 weeks. He also talked about how the card I would get if approved would be a conditional card and I’d have to apply to remove the conditions 6 months before it expires.
